We had Rainstorm Studios design both our Neto store and eBay store. The whole process from start to finish has been fantastic. Emails were replied to within a very reasonable timeframe. No request for changes was too difficult, and where they were unsure of anything they contact Neto to work with them to implement or fix any issues with the design or functionality.
Even after we paid our last instalment I could email Annie with a feature request or a bug fix and they are done within 24-48 hours.
