After some discussion, I decided to proceed with the integration of Klaviyo with Neto. It looked complex to me but Rod assured me that he would manage the process for us. Rod went over above by providing some extra flows and configuring some additional features, which have worked really well. As we rolled it out we had some very specific additional problems. I emailed Rod and he took the time to look into the issue and troubleshoot it and fix it.

I have used Rod Bland Agency for MailChimp migration and Klaviyo integration with Neto, and it was a relief to hand off some of the technical headaches to someone familiar with the platform and who has been on the other side of ecommerce, as well.
